Mr. Nasir Mahmood Khosa

Nasir Mahmood Khosa is a distinguished former civil servant and Director at the Institute of Peace and Connectivity. Over four decades of service in the Pakistan Administrative Service, he reached the apex of federal and provincial governance, serving as Secretary to the Prime Minister, Secretary of the Finance Division, Chief Secretary of Punjab, and Chief Secretary of Balochistan. From 2013 to 2018 he represented Pakistan as Executive Director at the World Bank in Washington DC, engaging in global economic policy and multilateral development financing on behalf of eight member countries.

He holds a Master of Public Administration with a perfect 4.0 GPA from Pennsylvania State University, an MSc in Defence and Strategic Studies from Quaid-i-Azam University, and an LLB from Punjab University where he achieved first position. His academic record is distinguished by six Gold Medals and four Academic Rolls of Honour.
