What to put in the message

The subject line is set for you. These are the details that save a round trip.

  • Who you are

Your organization, what it does, and who is making the proposal.

  • The kind of collaboration

Joint research, a convening, an exchange, or something the institute has not run before.

  • The themes and regions it touches

Both are listed on the research index, and a named theme makes the reply faster.

  • The timeline you are working to

When you would want to begin, and any deadline the proposal has to meet.
