About IPAC

IPAC is a bipartisan, nonprofit policy institute working to advance peace, connectivity, and constructive engagement in international affairs.

Mission

The Institute of Peace and Connectivity is a bipartisan, nonprofit policy think tank dedicated to advancing peace, connectivity, and constructive engagement in international affairs. We work to strengthen Pakistan's global partnerships and advocate for its interests on the world stage, serving as a bridge between nations and a catalyst for dialogue on the issues that shape our shared future.

Vision

A world in which peace and connectivity are recognized as the essential foundations of prosperity, where Pakistan plays an active, constructive role in shaping regional and global cooperation through sustained dialogue, sound policy, and enduring partnerships.

Who we are

The Institute of Peace and Connectivity was founded to strengthen Pakistan's global partnerships and to serve as a bridge between nations at a time when dialogue and connectivity are more essential than ever. Chaired by former Foreign Minister of Pakistan, Mr. Khurshid Mahmud Kasuri, IPAC brings together a Board of Directors drawn from the diplomatic service, senior government, the armed forces, academia, and the private sector.

IPAC's work centers on strengthening Pakistan's relationships with key global partners, including the United States, China, India, Japan, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the Gulf countries. Through international conferences, seminars, and collaborative research, we bring together policymakers, scholars, and practitioners to address pressing shared challenges.

A core part of our approach is direct engagement. IPAC organizes periodic visits to countries of strategic importance, allowing us to engage directly with influential think tanks and policymakers. In turn, we host reciprocal delegations in Pakistan, opening dialogue on mutually agreed areas of interest and building relationships that endure well beyond any single meeting.

At IPAC we treat peace and connectivity as practical necessities rather than abstract ideals: the cornerstones of a prosperous, stable future for Pakistan and the region.
